I work a manual labor job that involves skills and pays more than some people with college degrees.

I do work outside and am often 50+ feet above the ground.

I never really cut my hands up. They just get calloused and sore as hell. My job has also made my grip strength incredible.

they have 2 layer pigskin as well as 1 layer buffalo
i use the 2 layer pigskin for skiing and theyv lasted longer than gloves ive had over $150

I have actually tried those. I just don't like the fit usually. I like mechanix type gloves because they fit tight and have a strap to hold them on.

If I have any open wounds on my hands its because of a blister popping or me pulling a callous off.
