Can you link me to the place where you acquired the background? Also, I'm doing steak tonight as well. Have you ever tried to Sous Vide? It sounds fancy, but it is so remarkably easy, and makes any steak you cook perfect every time. You should look it up.

Add the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar that I totally forgot in my recipe. The vinegar is what makes it a marinade after all~ It breaks d-down the muscle fibers and makes the steak extra tender~

INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce optional 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic INSTRUCTIONS Place meat into a large container or ziptop bag. Using a bowl, pour in all of the ingredients and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Pour the marinade into your container, directly over the meat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 5 to 8 hours. The longer you allow the meat to marinate, the better. Grill the meat and enjoy!

no I've never heard of government cheese. I've been to America once and I was told not to eat the cheese as America doesn't have real cheese apparently. it's just milk with cheese flavour.
It's nice to continue making income. I guess I should count myself lucky, even though I feel like I'm putting myself at risk. I'm kind of a hypochondriac, though.
