I dont get the waste of fentanyl in being mixed with shit. Fentanyl is far and away the best high i've ever had. Of course it needs to basically be dosed by a pharmacist or anesthesiologist, but its so little for so much.

I don't know user, I've talked to some fentanyl addicts and they need to redose to stave off withdrawals a hell of a lot more than a heroin addict does.
