I will start, I'm in France, and we are supposed to be in quarantine. But there is people absolutly everywhere in my city, I can't look in the window without seeing at least 3 person walking/riding a bike. And it's the same for all my friends, we are a shit ton posting videos of our window view to inform others on social medias that there is NO ONE following the damn rule. Now it's the same exact thing that happend in Italy, old people are let to die because they do not have enough machines for everyone, so the young one have the priority cause they are less likely to die.

TLDR: People in France keep pretending that it's cool to walk around.

I am in Ontario Canada. I think Canada is doing a pretty good job slowing the spread in our country. There is still quite a lot of people working. But they’re doing the best they can it seems. I think there’s always gonna be people that just don’t give a shit what they’re told to do. It helps where I live that we are a fairly spread out population. We have metropolitan areas and that’s where the primary hotspots are for the virus. Just to the south of us America is exploding with 10,000 new cases a day. I think we only have like 3000 cases in all of Canada. I’m glad the borders are locked down.

Torontofag here, streets are much less busy than usual, but there are still quite a few people out and about. Most of them are in masks, not knowing to cover their eyes as well.
I predict we will see +1000 cases per day by the end of the week, possibly +2000 by the end of the weekend. Trudeau and Ford are getting anxious and quickly accelerating government control and societal shut down. Both of them hinting at using force to keep people inside, possibly cops or military patrol.
Personally, I hope this does not continue to escalate, as living in a city during a pandemic is a combo for riots and looting. Doesn't help I live in a shithole neighbourhood so this will be among the first to go up in flames.

MY only thing I have to do is buying my food, and because there is 2 big stores less than 400m of my appartment, I have no right to go shop anywhere else. A neighboor got fined cause she went to buy only coca-cola, policemen told her it wasn't receivable as an important need. She had her quarantine paper in order and all, but the fact she only bought soda was bad enough to get fined. Well I agree and she is a bitch BUT it's still quite ambigious what we can do and not do right now. Also, new rules added every 2/3 days.
