>God can prevent evil? >Does God know about all evil? >Does God wan to prevent evil? Invalid supposition implying humans know what is and is not evil.
>Why is there evil Is there? There are certainly things humans think are evil, but humans don't know what is and is not evil, so perhaps there is none. >Could God have created a universe without what humans call evil? Sure, but then maybe actual evil would exist. >Why didn't he? Anyone pretending to have an answer to this question is no champion of logic.
The thing about paradoxes is that they rarely reflect an actual existential issue. Rather they break down because of definitions and assumptions therein.

>Implying he has a CP collection and is covering his ass so he don't feel responsable
Whats wrong with having a CP collection? I bet you're just jealous.

>Invalid supposition implying humans know what is and is not evil It's outlined pretty well in the Bible. Remember, "evil" is a construct that Christians subscribe to, not atheists.
Not that I believe in god or not but if there’s a god why does there have to be a Jesus or a Holy Spirit etc., in Christianity. Religion has morals and stories and some people like that. Still nobody I know has an answer to what death is though.
>It's outlined pretty well in the Bible. No, it's not. It's simply defined as whatever God says is evil, with the exact specifications changing many times. But rationally you have to admit that if people are searching for the answer in religion (what is evil?) then its something they don't already know. In academics we explore the concept of evil, it's part of the field of anthropology. Every culture has its own definitions of what is an is not evil, there seem to be no universals. That's what science has to say on the matter, not sure where you're getting this "atheists don't believe in evil" stuff.
>Thinking religion is a scam Way to miss the point. I grew up Christian, rejected it, explored the world's religions, and came to a simple conclusion >Most fallacious beliefs are more than made up for by the utility of religion Strong social networking / support system Freedom from anxiety, depression, and other mental issues A better life on average
