you shouldnt just blindly read statistics, context plays a role, context in this crime case being upbringing, are they poor? do they have father figures? peer pressure, their surroundings affect their actions and upbringing, education is important as well. the poorest countries are poor due to various reasons, one of them being colonialization as well as location, influence by other countries etc. its just to simple to break this down to their skin color
