Why are americans so obese while the rest of the world doesnt come even close to being obese?

There are fatties all over. We have a problem in the US with fast food and corn syrup. There is also a part of our culture that thinks shit like triple bacon cheeseburgers are a good idea

American portion sizes are giant compared to other countries. After you've eaten a shit ton of food every meal for years, your stomach expands, and ta da, you're a fatass. Plus a lot of food sold has little nutrition, so you end up with obese people who are malnourished; what a fucking oxymoron that is.
