I can guarantee you it's possible to get into Snaps but it takes a decent amount of perseverance and luck, and it isn't whatever the fuck this OP's method is.
Best method is
1. Know her username and phone #
2. Type in her username on Snap login and click forgot password, click "send reset code to phone #" option. They'll recieve a code
3. From your own phone # (it's better to use a burner from an app like TextFree) pretend to be Snap and text them some shit like "We noticed suspicious activity on your account, please enter the code you recieved to verify your account" (don't word it like that it's just a crude example)
4. If they take the bait, enter the code on Snap and voila
They won't always bite but the success rate depends on how convincing you can make the message sound. I met a guy who's skilled at it; he got in for me w/ the method so it's possible.
