Because different things have different standards. And the differences between niggers and the other races are *yuge* - PET scans prove that neural activity in the negro brain is distributed differently, and reacts differently than whites to many of the same stimuli.
In short, the brain of the negro is not capable of abstract thought, long-term planning, or impulse control (self discipline) and therefore negroes do not have the prerequisite mental capacity to live/work in a high-trust (Western) society... and they will certainly never create one.
