It's actually called a shadow ban and it is a thing. Depending on the company, they can shadow ban you. This means you're banned without any notification at all. It's like they slid something in your pocket without looking. Maybe take an IT class sometime eh?

There is, but not many know about it because it's not common for the average paypal user to get reported a large amount of times. Also, there is nothing that tells you if you do get ghost banned. All it does is act like your account has no transactions (they do this to prevent fraudulent ones) then resume it as normal once they figure out that you're innocent (assuming you're innocent). Go ahead and try it for yourself, have someone you know in real life send you an insignificant amount of money and it wont show.
