I don't know how or why you'd say that even for trolling.
It's a fact that a diet of rabbits actually cause vitamins and nutrients to be used up to digest the rabbit meat. Other meats don't take nutrition away, but rabbits do.
Hikers that had to rely on rabbit for a food source were found dead with a full stomach of rabbit meat. It's one of the only meats where you can become malnourished and literally eat yourself to death.
A cool fact for anyone interested.
