Repeating characters in the words are likely vowels, consonants at the start of words are pretty easy to figure out too once you decrypt the vowels. Unless the whole things encrypted then it gets much harder, but if its just alien letter swap with alphabet letters it should be pretty easy to puzzle out. I'm not doing the work for you.
