I don't think women could make a BETTER one if someone went back in time and changed everything so women were in charge. It would be different, not necessarily better or worse overall.

We made an arrangement with my wife when we got married, we would follow the money but we would take care of our kids until they are 3 (no childcare before that) unfortunately I was bringing home more cash so she got to stay with the kids. I honestly wish it was me. Our boys are way more important that the work I do.

I have three kids and spent about 6 months as house husband. Taking care of kids properly is important and takes a lot of attention, but it isn't physically hard. Cleaning a messy house usually takes about an hour or so. You want hard work? Try spending 8 hours on the back of a garbage truck in the summer. My guess is that you've never had to dirty your hands in your entire career life. I also suspect that you've never had kids.
