It was more like an "funny" introduction in one of my classes when studying advanced flight control systems with closed feedback loop.
That was the last time I had a laugh in that class.
But the startup, control and shutdown system for turbojet engines was fun as fuck. I still dream of building something like Anakin's pod racer... but more redneck and with actual turbojet afterburners. I'd be dead as soon as the engine reaches idle.
