Was told to shave my head. I don't like it. Will Rogaine help?
Was told to shave my head. I don't like it. Will Rogaine help?
maybe, maybe not
get a razor with 5 blades and some good shave lube and get it done
stop being a little bitch
no, if it did every bald person would use it. theres nothing you can do but accept it or shave your head
This.
Just go with it ffs.
Dumb skinhead
>Will Rogaine help?
yes but it's a lifetime treatment. it will take months or even years to see results and if u ever stop, u'll lose any progress.
Just go full bald and own it. Trust me, it isn't as bad as you think it is and Rogaine is expensive because you have to use it regularly.
do you really want to do end up with that gross combover shit like trump? shave it and move on.
rogan doesn't do shit for anyone but himself. if you think he's a bro because he "preaches" to you, it's an act for money.
try it, at least you'd know. Some people look better bald than thinning. you only got a couple weeks of length there anyway, it will be right back.
I mean, uh... do it pussy
Maintaining your hair is 100% real and effective. If you take minoxidil + dutasteride/finasteride at the early stages of your increasingly receding hairline, there's a good chance you get to keep your hair for a good 20 years more without being delusional. What is very hard to do and nearly impossible is growing it back.
Don't use rogaine, that shit's dangerous.
Buy a Headblade Moto and own it. I did and it was one of the best choices I ever made.
Short answer, no.
Rogaine only makes the hair follicles thicker (and even then only a little). If you dont have enough hair it won't help.
yeah, joe rogaine is just a tool of the hair restoration industry!
Fuck hair i have been shaving mine since i was 17. Not as a statement but it is easy and if you have a decent skull go for it:
>joe rogaine is just a tool
This. Ketoconazole too for maximum effectiveness
This is why i still come here
>started going bald at 18
>buzzed head at 23, it looked better but still bad
>shaved head at 30, best look ever on me
Highly recommend shaving. At this point, I just use hot water, no shave cream, and moisturize with hemp oil after. The first night, your head will feel weird on the pillow. But there is no real downside. It is the most masculine hairstyle.
lol i'm 30 have full head of thick curly hair. Every time i get a hair cut they always say that my hair is THICK as fuck. Also im white.
How often do I have to shave my head to look like Vic Mackey?
Hi, Yas Forums! Your favorite pokemon?
>if you have a decent skull
Been shaving mine since 1st of December, last year. Glad I don't have a weird skull.
Just laser shave it or something.
>often do I have to shave my head
Factors like how fast and/or thick your hair is will decide. I shave mine every 3 or four days because I don't like the velcro cling when it starts to grow out.
Rub your cum on it. The protein in semen is a topical nutrient for hair follicles
You use a regular razor? Been using electric on my face for a long time, wonder how it'd fare on my head.
Rogaine might help you retain what you have, for a while at least. Otherwise just get a hair transplant when it falls out.
>I just use hot water, no shave cream, and moisturize with hemp oil
A good quality, old fashioned tallow soap doesn't dry out your skin like those canned goo shave products. Still looking for a better post shave product. I want the shiny look.
I accepted it and razor shave. Only downside is how frequently you have to shave.
If you're 30 or over then learn to live with it or else idk. Men going bald in their 20s is a sad sight.
I've been using various vintage razors for more than 5 years. Best so far (for head shaves) is a Schick Type H injector. It's a single blade type with a small handles. The blades are similar to modern disposables, but thicker and they last a long time. I haven't used an electric for long time. They don't cut clean for me, leave frazzled nubs that can make bumps and ingrown hairs.
I looked in to it ages ago. Short answer is it might.
Wasn't worth it for me. Not guarateed at all, have to spend up for it every month, worst case scenario are terrible side effects. Burnt skin, fucking heart palpitations, weight gain. Fuck rogaine, man up.
Thanks for the info. 32, hairline going to shit. I'd rather have it all gone than half gone, but I've got a big head and it's a weird shape.
Shaq using Nair on his head for the first time. Not sure if he still does.
do propecia
There are lots of side effects to propecia, I'd be careful with it OP
Also, lot more hair growth in other areas- armpits, etc
fuck you pussy
This before or after shave? If after you didn't go nearly close enough. No need to wet shave but buzz without a guard.
I was getting too many bald jokes at 26 so I shaved my head. Easily the best decision I've ever made about my appearance.
Take finasteride and do rogaine. It’s worth it.
Oh, and go on r/tressless. I recommend it, even though it’s fucking reddit.
>What is very hard to do and nearly impossible is growing it back.
It depends on how long the hair has been gone for, you never know.
Here is a lucky man’s results on finasteride only.
Here is his results after adding minoxidil (generic rogaine)
Thats after a hair transplant.
ARTAS robotic if you really want to get rid of the bald.
no, rogaine fixes male pattern baldness, whcih is the skullcap baldness
you have receding hairline, which rogaine does not fix
on the plus side, hair transplants are much easier for receding hairline, and much harder and more expensive for male pattern baldness
Stomp a tranny to death
How much would it cost to get hair transplants for recening hair line and can it work for any hair colour? I have been wearing a hat for like 3 years now.
Looks like pewdiepie had it done as everyone was saying his hair was receding, then he took a month off youtube and his hair line is now perfectly straight.
You can try
Minoxidil
Or
Bergamota
Both help
This! Shave it and own that shit like Jmac and sean lawless. bitches prefer it too that shit you got right now
And if you ever stop, you lose it all again.
youtube.com
The only real answer to the balding problem.
But it’s worth it, tho. Use it until they find a cure/better treatment.
Problem solved.
Don’t give up, OP. There’s treatment for this.
gayest shit I've seen
OP. It's not rocket science You want to spend money, have at it. MOST so-called treatments are BULLS**T. The BEST and MOST expensive options are in California, Think LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills.
Either take the plunge or not. It's possible Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand offers some outstanding prices, and NO, I doubt hair transplants are offered in a hospital setting.
Price shop.
Yea take those meds and risk erectile dysfunction. Totally worth it.
So grow it out, who cares
If men are so smart how come they haven't found a cure for balding???
