i prever smaler towns. i can cross my hometown in less that 1h by foot. and the woods are nearby.
If you are into Urban Life than Berlin is just right.

Ive been to Berlin and its an odd moment when you sit down in an "Eck Kneipe"* and a couple of strangers join you on the empty seats on your table. space is value even in the Bar, you need to be open to others for this.

I prefer the small City feel, just moved to Berlin because my husband found work here. We were living in the outskirts of Bottrop before which was very nice compared to this but it's okay. Living in an area that is more calm luckily.
