You need to pick a camera that you can hide inside a common object so size of the camera and the lens is your first criteria.
Then there is the question of price. Obviously the ebay cameras for 10bucks are not a go-pro but can yield good results if the lightning is good. At home your best bet is a smartphone if you can find an object to hide it in.
Some anons like to just leave the phone laying around with an app that records in the background so the screen is off and it's not suspicious.
Any way you decide to go you'll also have to consider that if you are planning to spy on a person that uses the shower every day, may and will notice unusual placement of objects, but that is countered by the fact that normal people don't think about being recorded like paranoid schizos.
Lastly, it's up to you to get creative, if you need a guide, don't do it at all
