1) Biden is currently winning voters over. It’s not the DNC rigging anything, it’s American voters making their choice.
2) Bernie is extremely unpopular with voters over 40 - it’s mostly college students and millennials who support him. Voters who statistically don’t show up to vote.
3) Bernie’s only strength is in identifying problems. Most people who’ve had some life experience have met plenty of his type before - Those with grand ideas but no ideas for possible way of accomplishing them. We understand how dangerous these people can be when given power, because they have a poor understanding of how to get work done. incidentally, Bernie has a very poor record of getting *anything* done.

“Tax the rich” is not a plan for raising money, anymore than “just get a 7 figure job” is good advice for a college student. If you don’t know how difficult it is to “tax the rich,” then maybe you should go to a library.
A medicare-for-all single payer system is impossible in the USA. It’s possible in other countries because their healthcare systems were designed that way and are much, MUCH smaller. You can not override the current US system because it literally supports our entire economy. 1 out of 3 American workers relies on the current system for their job. Even at the most optimistic estimate, half of those people would lose their jobs if a single payer system was adopted. That’s why the reasonable adult candidates don’t support it.
Not to mention the enormous cost of causing this problem.
Bernie was asked countless times by news, and in debates, how he’d address this problem, and surprise, he had no idea.
