I think it's that humanoids are intelligent and social, which in my mind just makes it weird to feed on other humans, even in a fantasy fetish setting. Well that's because boys are fun. IRL I only like guys my own age. I dated a guy two years younger than me once (we were 20 and 18 respectively) and it was a nightmare.
