As someone who has a BS in psychology and currently working on a graduate degree, here is my opinion.

The fact that you are willing at all says it will work, just over time.
Honestly, I would look into OCD based therapies like ERP in order to reduce the anxiety based around it. But then again, if you have to continually force yourself into it post ejaculation it is probably not worth it and it will go away in a few years. I was in the same boat and it slowly disappears even after watching/listening for 2 years.

I mean not much. Really it was more about pushing myself to do it. But I hated it post ejactulation no matter where. I remember crying in a hotel bathroom cause of how much I hated sleeping with a guy.
