As a portrait it's so so. I think the photographer could have though more about the light on her face, it is specular light and not really diffused so it is not so great for a portrait. I would also rethink the framing and composition. I think the image crops her hair too much on the right. I would have reframed it to include all of her head and breasts and left out her belly button. Instead of her arm extending out of the frame I would ask her to bend her elbow and include her hand in the shot, as hands can add an interesting element. It's an ok image but I think the photographer can work and practice to improve. If I took this image I would not use it to display or enter into a competition.
