this isn't the first time i've seen this. this happened with my ex. she got into drugs for whatever reason, got hooked, got sent to rehab and by then it was already too late, she had lost whatever mental capacity to make decisions she had left.
if your daughter is fucking and doing drugs and drinking by age 14, you have to intervene then and nip it in the butt HARD then, not him haw around it and enable it, which you know that's what they did since EVERYONE fawns over Ciara.
