Yes there is. No matter where you are on the political spectrum, you're going to get offended by something.

It's their political opinions that make them find too many things offensive. The edgy humor in those things doesn't have an effect on that. Many people who think that everything is "nazi" still like edgy jokes.

You mean the ones that get offended because a guy has a girlfriend with an only fans, or a girl is put in a war videogame, or someone protests police brutality, or someone "disrespects the troops/anthem", or is offended by the quarantine, or doesn't like interracial, or doesn't like people speaking other languages in usa, or gets offended by hairy pierced girls?

Whether or not you should be offended is about intent. If someone says a stupid joke about rape, even if it's a shitty joke, they were still just making a joke. If someone comes up to you and says "Stupid nigger I hope your mom gets cancer and AIDS and I hope you die" that would be offensive because the person means to cause offense. But, even then, you don't have to get offended. This is verbal bullying defense 101, just don't give a reaction and they'll fuck off. Screeching like a retard because someone said nigger in context isn't very smart or productive.

A joke can still offensive and harmful, especially if someone is getting humour from you suffering. Having people laugh at something that negatively effects you is one of the most humiliating things you can through, whether that's people pushing you over in the playground or some making jokes about trauma you've suffered.

Once again that comes down to intent. If someone is bullying you then the entire reason for the 'joke' is to cause harm and it's no longer under the classification of a joke. Your suffering is the joke, that means the intent is bad and it's just bullying. Someone pushing you over in the playground is also a physical act, not the same.

Yes but bullying can be disguised as just a joke. There is no reason to derive humour from rape, because its fundamentally a bad thing, designed to abuse and torment other people.

Humour is used sometimes to ease the pain of something so horrible all you can do is either laugh at it or cry. If you don't understand why humans use humour you need to stay out of conversations about comedy.

If the victim is making a joke to cope with, that's different. But if you're not the victim or what are saying could harm victims, then you shouldn't be saying it. For example, someone with a disability making light of it is fine, but if you don't have and you're making jokes about it, then that could harm them.

Once again it's about intent. If the person is making fun of the people in an attempt to cause harm, then yes, that's bullying. But if the person is just making a joke about a situation, a way of life, a horrible thing, anything, then it's just that; a joke. Jokes are also a good way to talk about taboo subjects in a way that is more approachable to the closed minded. We are tool using animals, comedy is a tool to express ideas in an easily digestible way and a catharsis tool to deal with fucked up things.
Also, offense is on you. You can choose to be offended. You don't HAVE to get butthurt. If you don't like a joke, or you don't like what someone's saying move the fuck on and leave. No one is forcing you to stick around. No one is forcing you to do shit. The world isn't your own personal safe space, especially when it comes to free speech. What you are advocating for is tyranny and oppression of that freedom of speech.
