You honestly shouldn't be getting a pet unless you have weeks/months of prep time. Tanks take can weeks or months to prepare before it's suitable to offer fish long quality life. Do you know anything about taking care of fish?

Ok bro, do what you want, but this guy is gonna want you to buy like 10 different chemicals to mix in the water, cycle it with no fish for like a week, buy expensive plants and shit, nice bubbler, and a 50 gallon tank for a couple small fish. It's not like fish really experience emotions. I'm no advocate for fish torture, I just mean you don't have to go all out like you're buying expensive, exotic fish or something. It's just too much work to even be worth it.

so i really am willing to go out spoil and make a fish happy I picked it up.
