This actually doesn't matter. The nominal population size of your country doesn't really mean anything. A country with 100,000 white people would be much better off than a country with 10 million white people plus millions of non-white people. That 100,000 country could go up to 1 million or down to 10,000, and it wouldn't make them better or worse off. With some obvious exceptions, like you need more land for a greater population and you need to be more conscientious about bloodlines for a smaller one. One silver lining in America is that it's white liberals tanking the replacement rate, white conservatives actually breed like crazy, and politics are heritable.
