Because leftists and green movements monopolized the topic of climate change and the activism surrounding it.
So the right finds itself in the hopeless position of opposition. It's a double strike for them - they overslept (or did simply not care) the time to get the sovereignty over the topic of climate change and the fight against it so all they can do is fighting their political enemy over it. They are in the hot seat because they know exactly that the climate change activists (and the supporting left) is right but they have no other choice but to oppose because now it's too late to hop on the train and giving in would mean that they would have to admit that their opponent was right.

The Wuhan virus stopped the climate change narrative but it will be full blown back as soon as this little crisis is over.
I'm convinced that this narrative has the potential to blow the right as well as the conservatives (especially them since they're naturally resistant to change) the fuck out of most countries parliaments and what will be left of them is some small pulp of hardcore secessionists that will get ignored or (in countries with less political freedom like the UK for example) banned.
We will most likely see a rise in green parties and I don't believe the right has any solution to counter this? What topics do they even have going for them? The left even took away the refugee crisis and made it an issue caused by climate change. Progress is now inevitable so the conservatives have lost their right to exist as well. I can't think of any crisis that could play into the hands of the right/conservative spectrum right now ir in the future

2. Ignores the actual polluters (China and India)
3. Acts very confident, but her arguments have no substance
4. She's too young to be educated enough in the topic, so her only real point is appeal to emotion by being young and helpless.
