I go to sleep at around 4am and get up at 9am. Sometimes I only sleep for an hour or two so I would say my sleep schedule is a little fucked

I go to sleepu around 9 or 10 and wake up at around 7:30. I wish I could sleep till 10:00, but my body says "wakey wakey" right at 7:30 no matter when I fall asleep.

Why don't you sleepu longer? I slept like 1-5h everyday when I was in school but now I'm living the dream eeeh.
Your body is used to waking up at that time. You could try to force you to sleepu longer. After I got released from psych ward I woke up at 7am for a few days even when I went to sleepu at like 4 am but forcing to sleepu made it possible to sleepu longer.
Having a job can be nice but I like being a neetu.

I can only get to sleep really late and my body won't let me sleep past 9. It was the same when I was in school but at least now I can just play vidya all day
