my wife loves too cook. she used to be an assistant manager at a 5 star restaurant in yellowstone. she made us some curry and couscous tonight.

my gf wants to cook, but i'm objectively a better cook than her because i had a phase where i read the og culinary textbooks of french cuisine and now every stupid shortcut or mistake triggers me beyond belief. so i prefer cooking and keeping the kitchen clean, while she does shit like laundry and cleaning the house. There is nothing wrong with the man cooking in a committed relationship, and I think everyone who fancies themselves a functioning adult should have some basic cooking skills

Cooking is cool but cooking like those reality shows is a luxury for a lot of people, if they usually want to do something else with their time, it is because that's the only slice of free time they can have

It's not cooking they hate, it's cooking for men who aren't reciprocal in any satisfactory way.

What pisses me off about the whole "men don't deserve free labor thing", is that he's not just some man. He's her boyfriend or husband, someone she picked out to love and cherish and be loved and cherished by in return. The fact the she would not even consider performing a fairly easy task for her potential soulmate which typically benefits you as well (if you cook enough for two) shows a complete lack of drive or will to maintain the relationship.

i'm a guy and learned cooking from my mother at a young age because she told me that once i start living on my own i'm going to get tired of mcdonalds and pizza.

A woman wont be making so many variety dishes for her man and bring them to him unless she loves him deeply. Maybe he eats 99 out of 100 of them with her and his wife captured those rare events of it not happening. Because she wants to make his relaxation period extremely special. Maybe they don't and she just likes sitting next to him and watching him as he eats.
Even if she does it only because he pays all the bills and her studies then it's a mutual exchange. He gets what he wants, she gets what she wants. Whores replying are mad because they get less for more work.
