You think? It's not perfect but I think it's still pretty good.

It's a bit cringe that the NHS is a sacred cow, and the only improvement you're allowed to suggest is "just throw more money at it" (Gov could spend 90% of GDP on the NHS and people would still claim it's 'underfunded'), but I still think it's pretty good on balance.

Lots of people in UK seem to be under the impression the only options for healthcare are the NHS or an American style system.

Personally I think the Netherlands have perhaps the best healthcare model that would be nice to emulate.
