The plot is good but it's not some insane mind twister you need 140iq to understand. Just pirate it if you don't have a lot of money, it's a great game with high replayability.

I got it with all DLCs for steam from a grey market for like 4 bucks, no reason not to buy it.

i tried playing fallout 3 and new vegas and i just fucking hated them both. gameplay felt like shit and i wasn't interested in the stories at all

Also you may not need to be smart, but certainly need average intelligence to understand a lot of games. Which a retard brainlet probably doesn't have.
