bump. anyone else having a drink today?? i guess more people will be smoking actually
Drank a bit yesterday night. Trying not to get too blasted so that I don't absolutely eat shit while the Halo 2 flight is going on.
whats up moonbro? halo 2 flgiht? is that a tournament? i wish i was good enough or invested enough at a game to try local tournaments my brother made them sound fun as fuck
Not much, slept in quite a bit, but it's been very comfy.
They're in the process of porting Master Chief Collection to PC, but they're doing it one game at a time, rather than releasing everything at once like on Xboner. They started with Reach, then Combat Evolved, and they're getting ready to release Halo 2. The flight is just a small test that's distributed to a certain number of players to make sure everything is working correctly, and so that any bugs they may have missed can be reported and documented.
ah i see thanks bro. i was never a big fps guy but most of my friends have fond memories of halo.
Arena shooters and some of their derivatives are pretty much my favorite kind of games.
how good are you at them? im not a huge gamer desu but like a few jjrpgs and strategy games and sim games
damn bro looks tasty
Next time just make semi small pieces, fry it with a bit of oil on medium heat to not dry it out :). I wish i had some good frozen chicken strips, but the ones i got were a bad batch and inedible. fuck you tyson. Last thing i ate was a turkey cheddar melt on rye bread i made along with a steak and cheddar hot pocket.
a fuck ton of montreal seasonsning saved it somewhat
thanks bro! yeah i realized my mistake lol. thankfully(?)) i cut it up mid cook into smaller pieces so thyere not awfully dry but next time im def not starting them off whoelthigh. sounds good. my fav hot pocket is the meatball one and the ham and cheese
i've had so many fucking ham and cheese hot pockets in my time, i'm pretty tired of them. I still eat them. A meatball one sounds really good right now though. I also used to eat frozen meals and i miss them, can't really get them because of this "pandemic" and everyone is panic buying
Why do. U make this gay thread every single day don't u have friends to talk to or something
i havnt had one in a while but m craving one now fuck. really? shit where do you live that frozen dinners are being emptied?
in a city. haven't been to the grocery store in a while though, my mom does the shopping for everyone and i sometimes come with. They might be back now.
Fairly good I'd say, but I can still improve a lot. Those are pretty cool too, what sim games do you like?
im not in a big city but my areas been good about restocking. i try not to go out often but i live alone and have a tiny mini fridge so theres only so much i can stock up on
civ v and stardew are my favs off the top of my head. want to get into paradox games and have had ck4 for ages but its so daunting
Ooh, pretty nice choices. I like Sim City, Rollercoaster Tycoon, and Theme Hospital.
Those Paradox games seems like they always have so much stuff going on.
i used to play them when i was a kid, have rct 1 and 2 on steam too but i cant get into them these days. i cant get into any games these days though. yeah when i read about them its shit i know i would love but i feel too old and tired and lazy to learn new mechanics
I play them from time to time, usually on my older machines though. Always seems to feel better playing on period appropriate hardware, or at least closer to period appropriate, in some cases.
So many things at once can be off putting, I wonder if there's some sort of stop-gap game, or an extensive tutorial that you can take slow.
ive had people recommend to me some youtube tutorials which i know would help. the last time i did this was for civ v though ages ago and im kind of burnt out watching gaming youtube videos. im sure if i want to i will watch it one day. what kind of period app hardware do you have moonbro?
Mhm, unless it's something funny like Vinny Vinesauce or Joel, or something retro related, I don't care much for gaming videos either.
Several machines, and they do have quite a bit of overlap, in fact, two of them are pretty much from the same period, just that one is a prebuilt Dell using an Intel CPU, and the other is a custom built using an AMD CPU.
I think my favorite is my Pentium MMX 233 with a 3DFX Voodoo and S3 Virge, plus an ESS AudioDrive with a Dreamblaster for MIDI.
sounds comfy bro got any pics? i know nothing of tech so idk if i can appreciat eit but i love looking back
Doesn't really look different from your run of the mill 90s PC. This board is kinda neat since it's a Socket 7 with an ATX form factor (don't believe it's Super 7, but that's fine, since I have a Slot 1 machine if I want something equivalent)
I'm in the process of swapping some parts out, and I'm not sure if I want to keep the 72 pin DRAM that's in there, or switch to SDRAM.
very cool i thought you menat yo ujust kept shit from back then but i like the dedication. how much was it all?
I keep seeing you drink. What the fuck is your liver on? Steroids and bloodrush?
idk its been a year or so since ive had a check up but my doctors have always said im fine just need some more iron. reminds me i should go in for a checkup but im wary of going into a doctors office these days
