Not trying to simp, but you sound like you might need the option to vent, I'm sure you're fine in that regard since its not hard to find dudes willing to talk to a girl however.

Otherwise, I think your best bet will really be just looking into what your options are locally for potentially getting a geared to income apartment or something along those lines. Doesn't sound like you're in an immediate position to be going out and working, but you're not currently in a safe living situation either if your mother is emotionally unstable and gets physically violent for no reason, especially if you're not capable of defending yourself.

If you're underage there's not much you can do and it would be a very bad idea to be violent unless it was in self defense. If there aren't any witnesses around when you defend yourself and you actually wind up doing some damage you could either be jailed or more likely sent to the mental ward. Although these options might not be a bad outcome depending on the severity of the abuse.

My mom was abused by her biological parents and was emancipated at the age of 14, she doesn't really talk about it a whole lot and I try to not ask too much but her family are essentially scumbags. Don't let yourself become jaded user because there are plenty of good people out there, but also be skeptical of them. What you want to do is get out of the house as soon as you can and try to support yourself financially, then cut all contact with the undesirables in your life.
