Never gonna make it

Not really. At some point you still have to talk.

It definitely doesnt hurt. Some people look really different when they gain or lose weight, others have the same face on a different body. I think for most people it wil raise you a point or 2 on the x/10 scale.

Only if you're tall enough.

yeah but it not really for the reasons everybody thinks, at least for me
for most of my life i had a very average looking body, always ten or twenty pounds overweight with no muscle. i started lifting very hard, with a great program, every day. no partners or trainers. kept a strict diet, both in the beginning when i was losing weight and when i started bulking up. i didn't want to be gross-looking anymore. i didn't do it cause i wanted pussy, i did it because i didn't want to be ashamed of myself every time i looked in the mirror, and i didn't want to have poor posture just because i didn't like how my man boobs stuck out a little. i didn't want my little brothers to think i just sat around playing video games all day.

within a month, even before i started to notice physical changes in my body, i realized that i felt pretty good every day if i had worked out, i had way more energy than i usually did, and a lot of the self-hatred that i had been carrying for many years had disappeared. after three months, i had developed a physique. i looked better than probably 60-70% of other men and i was proud of what i had accomplished. i had developed confidence in both my physical presentation, my mental perception of myself, and my interactions with other people.

idk if it will work for everyone. if you're doing it just because you want pussy, it basically impossible for it NOT to improve your odds. even if you're a fucking ugly goblin, i'd rather be a shredded ugly goblin than a lame, skinnyfat ugly goblin. i think most of its benefits come from the CONSISTENT, repeated act of doing something that is difficult for you and making the effort to improve at it every time you go. thanks for reading my blog post

does this chad workout, yes or no?
you can't really tell because he is wearing clothing for cold weather. he could be ottermode under this and you would never be able to tell. i can post more pics like this where you can't tell if a guy works out or not because his body is covered. people seem to forget we wear clothing and the only way you can really show off your body is if you wear t shirts, shorts, tank tops, or very tight clothing that clings to your body.

I put more emphasis on getting fit. Go for a 5km run. Do 100 pushups. 100 Situps/crunches. Planks. Repeat everyday.
You can get fully fit without ever stepping inside a commercial gym.
Lifting is cool and all, but most people that just lift aren't actually fit. They only lift.
Lifting weights is a great exercise don't get me wrong. But focus on actually getting fit, lean, shredded. Then decide if you want to lift and try to get jacked.

post your body kek

v

Can confirm that it is. Lifting will improve you in more ways than you think. One study showed that women could tell which men were the strongest just by listening to their voices. Your cell mitochondria count will jump up by around 50% after only like 6 weeks of consistent lifting. Contrary to what some guys on Yas Forums believe, girls generally aren't into skinny guys.
If only the gyms were open...

I have a nasally monotonous sperg voice, would lifting really change that?

lifting and eating clean, ya. extremely potent

You're not getting fit from 100 pushups

>voice
lmao no, pure bullshit. anyone who listens to jocko willinks podcast knows echo charles, the guy is jacked and he has the voice of a fucking 13 year old mexican.

Is your definition of fit a muscle bound freak body builder? Then no of course not, you won't achieve that from the routine i suggested. The routine is for getting lean and shredded as I said.

Do you even exercise?

It wont make your voice deeper, but fitter people tend to stand straighter and speak louder.

Be aware of this OP: Almost every guy and girl you see, who lifts, is on roids. It is absolutely ridiculous how common it is. And this isn't just me as a dyel saying it. One of my professors, who is also an endocrinologist, says it too. It is ubiquitous. But it will fuck up your heart and bones. Even if you do it "safely". Never compare your body to other dudes. Because they almost certainly roid. Doing so will fuck your self esteem.

you don't need to go to the gym to fix your posture, and the gym is not going to do anything for speaking louder. where do you cultists come up with this shit? you sound fucking demented

post your program

This. Just focus on getting fit through traditional means, running and body weight exercises. Bodybuilding muscles don't look aesthetic on everyone.

i've been following this the last few weeks

hey op i can give you some great examples of how it probably won't do much for you - there are gymtards all over this board, and in this thread. didn't do much for them. and now they will give me (You)'s and give me endless excuses for why they are still here. if you're fat lose weight, that's the only thing that matters.

started with this, the six day

moved on to nSuns after a few months.

I've been gymcelling for a while and can tell you that being fit might add 1 point to your 1-10 scale attractiveness. Now keep in mind women rate 80% men as ugly so women will date an 8/10 or above and maybe settle for a 7/10. 99% of these lift success stories come from already pretty good looking dudes that go from a 7 to an 8. I came in a 3 to 4/10. I am short and wear glasses. I tried to lift to get a gf, looksmaxxed, tried to learn how to pick up girls. In the end the effort didn't yield a return. I don't love exercise and have to push myself very hard to get into the gym so I've been going more casually as of the last time I learned the fact about gymmaxxing

nah developing an actual personality is

Core strength is key to supporting good posture. Abdominal muscles are also engaged during vocal sustain, particularly singing.

To me: Yes, because my fatness had had me serious impacts on my self confidence.

yea bro, robert plant was absolutely ripped, thats why he had such a powerful voice

robert plant didnt sit at a computer desk jerking off and playing video games 10 hours a day

stop using extreme examples to defend your inadequacy to take care of yourself, nobody is saying you need to be ronnie coleman

you're just an idiot and now you're mad because i proved you're an idiot. i can't think of one good singer that was ripped. how does your dumb theory explain powerful female singers? give up you're dumb

Thank you and godspeed user, I just started bulking myself

gamechanger for what? Health and strength? Yes, fucking obviously. I fall asleep much faster now, that alone is worth it. I am confident i can outrun a niggy on a nightwalk or beat my dad up if he starts shit. These are real, tangible benefits

Success with females? Being "Chad?" No. Assuming you have roughly average body and are not grossly obese or emaciated stick, your physique is maybe 10-15% MAX of your attractiveness (to most females), the rest comes primarily and overwhelmingly from face (especially if you don't meet the height prerequisite), a bit from style and grooming. Ask any female what they prefer on this chart and if they had faces they'd pick the fuccboi rapper with the cute face literally no matter what body type

Don't lift for bitches, lift for yourself.
