the ending is complete garbage, i'll try not too spoil but its a stupid happy ending for some horny retarded kid and nice boy, it was all rushed to hell and so many parts of the manga was cut, like the vampire brother was killed off and forgotten which pissed me off and the vampire story arc down the drain, but otherwise its one of my fav mangas, just the ending is so cheesy and unrealistic, idk why japs like giving such gay ass happy endings.

I like it. It was a relief point.

I mean it's not bad to have a happy ending, just strange how he is the hero of japan or saved the entire planet, just feels unrealistic seeing how he was just a horny kid who just simply wanted to survive from this cruel hell he gotten into, this dumb alien invasion shit was so fucking stupid and making people see the aliens was bad aswell.

Anime is worth watching drunk and not taking it too seriously, also the last few episodes are filler as fuck,

I kinda of like that part.

It showed how desperate it got when they were invaded. Suddenly not one was safe, and still had hopeless vibes all through out.

I didn't really believe in the philosophy stuff, but I liked how everyone felt disposable. I can't remember if the main char was the real one or not. I was left with clone impressions. I think the main char was not even the real one. Just a recreating? I can't recall

i didn't really like kato i didn't hate him but it was just so cliche hes this handsome tall strong chad who everyone loves and is perfect, hes like the stereotypical protagonist i prefer kurono.

Kato had plenty of flaws though and wasn't a stereotypical chad

I hated Kei Kishimoto the most,

she was basically just the dumb fucking tits girl who keep trying to suck off sato, im glad she got killed off TWICE, it felt satisfying and glad kurono finally got laid with that cool otaku chick

i didn't really catch any flaws hes the only "good" person in the story and yes he was a chad even in the first couple of chapters a girl falls in love with him while kurono get a real gf after 50 chapters.

I think Muscle Rider appears about a third of the way through the manga. Shortly after where the anime leaves off. The second third of the manga has a pretty different feel to it because Kurono takes it on himself to be a leader for this new cast of characters and they get really good at fighting aliens, until Gantz decides to fuck him over and sends them after his new girlfriend. The final third I never read.

same she stayed with kurono only because he gave her free food and a place to live and she knew he was leading him on but didn't give a shit also she was the most useless team member even and nishi was more likeable.

Gantz was the anime that made me Manga for the first time. I absolutely love it regardless of the final arc. Part I and II are absolute kino and I pray we get a Anime remake. Reika best girl.

I would advice reading the manga instead if you are into Manga. The anime is like a small sample and ends on a very blue balls way.

if you liked the couple episodes that you watched then you should read the manga. the manga consists of almost 400 chapters i think and the anime only covers about 50.
