cold weather causes dry skin which makes the skin produce more oil causing acne this is true.

accutane or Isotretinoin is the only thing that will 100% work but it takes 2 months to start to work and at least where i live you have to do blood test to make sure it isn't destroying your liver, this also means no alcohol. there is also a huge list of side effects that includes wanting to kill yourself but having acne also makes you want to do that too so its worth it. if you seriously want to take accutane stock up on Vaseline and moisturiser because you skin will literally fall off

Fucking retard. Accutane is a poison, the side effects are way worse than you are letting on, it ruins peoples lives permanently. Trying a strict elimination diet, hydrating properly, exercising, taking necessary vitamins, washing, these are your only options. If that doesn't work its not even worth it to try accutane, just live with the acne, at least your entire body isn't in pain and your brain won't be literally swollen.
