Do any of you drive?

Do any of you drive?
If so what?
My car fixation is the only thing that keeps me here.
I may not have much, but I did a ton of work on it myself and feel pretty proud of the outcome so far.
It's a 88' Nissan 300zx Shiro edition that I swapped in a RB25DET engine from a Nissan Skyline GTS-T.

I used to drive my Mom's 2016 crosstrek.
it's a fine car I guess, my standards are really low for that sort of thing. I am happy with AC, heat, seating that isn't some awful material, and a sound system that lets you hook up phones.

My current dream car though is honestly either an S2000 or a first gen NSX.

There was a guy where I grew up that drove a nsx that looked pretty much like this. Any time I saw it I never had the time to stop and talk to the guy.

I love the car, the ugly duckling of the Z's but they all have great qualities.
>shiro edition
meaning?
>GTS-T
was it the four door one?

there's a clean metallic silver r32 in my neighborhood. next time I see him I'm gonna try to race him

I drive this 40th Anniversary Edition RX-8. The handling is very fun and it has all of its original apex seals, with no sign of impending failure.

It was a 2 door as far as I know. We had the whole front clip, but I never checked up on it.

Idk man, I mean I'm super glad for you that you haven't had a problem, but I would keep some on standby.

>he thinks his apex seals last forever

Once you understand the reasons that the apex seals fail, it's easy to prevent it. I've had it for several years, with no issues.

A lot of RX-8 failure stories are just memes from people who didn't know what they were doing or from people who bought RX-8s owned by someone who didn't know what they were doing.

I drive a jeep that receives retroactive maintenance
My exhaust broke so now the 4.0L is incredibly loud, considering keeping it without a muffler

no i dont have a car because i dont have space or money to keep it right now.
would like to buy a z31 aswell.

Current car is a Ford Falcon, this year, after buying for a PC, I want to buy a cheap rolling body or maybe just a cheap diesel C33 Laurel and put a 25det in it.

I love this car. I could sing songs about it. It is a lovely machine.

2000 GMC Sierra. 5 speed manual transmission. Not too great on gas but it was a gift from a family member.

I still love it.

impressive, good job

You know, the one thing I have never done is drive a stick pickup truck. Not sure why it matters, but just figured I should mention it.

>pickup
based if you actually use it to haul shit

otherwise retarded

GTS-T is the trim level before the GTR.
maybe I'm wrong but I think its the almost the same but it doesn't have AWD or 4 wheel steering.

Arigato yo

The gts-t had HICAS. I should know, pretty sure it nearly killed me.

Correct. It is the rwd skyline.
Only the gtr uses the rb26det and awd.
The rb25det and rb20det are for lesser models.

What an awful idea

Driving recklessly is what keeps me going

Takumi-san?

Oooo, very nice. Any problems so far?

I have a Porsche 993T with a full RUF kit very similar to pic related

My daily is an Lan Evo VIII MR RS

I don't really drift with my FWD 1.0 shitbox, but I weave between traffic at high speeds giving 0 fucks

no brakey inertia dorifuto?

Amazing car fren. I've always dreamed of doing something like that

It's a bitch. Not gonna lie.
I'm just lucky to get the car from my uncle who bought it new.
It's a God send. Just now pushing 60k on the body.

I got a 2016 Buick Lacrosse that is mine
Pretty good car imo. Has the LFX 3.6L V6 which is proving to be very reliable if serviced properly and on time.
A modern luxobarge. Like a rolling living room with great sound system and leather all over pretty.

hey, you go for it. That's what counts.

I am going to drive a 2002 Grand Marquis, only needs new breaks and an inspection. I say going because I was going to pay the lady cash for it but this whole Corona thing kind of fucked that up sideways. The one car I can say I would want is a Lada Niva, but even then so long as it does not shit itself on the road or costs a fuckton to guzzle gas I do not care. Saving the gucci money for gun shit anyways, like rare or NFA firearms
