I guess in some remote village somewhere where it is their culture even if it religion isn't strictly followed, but if you mean the whole globalized and westernized culture then no because why would she?

Personal, they would probably have to be antisocial enough to be more concerned with personal morals than to fit in and thus have to accept the current political and societal norms, which are "be slutty, it's empowering" as seen in every movie.
I think chicks with aspergers/autism would be more likely to be virgins because people with those diagnoses tend to be less concerned with whats popular and more introspective. Whether or not they would, through their introspective thoughts, come to the conclussion that preserving their virginity would be good or not is an entirely different matter. Hence why they are probably only slightly more prone to staying virgins until marriage.
