I never realized how lonely her life was until I was stuck at home because of quarantine. She never leaves me. If I take a shower or leave for an errand she waits by the door for me. I probably will. I used to take her to stores and things if I had errands to run. I like the idea of taking her out to do things she doesn't usually get to do.
I think she's pretty. She isn't a model but I bet if she lived a normal life she wouldn't struggle with getting a boyfriend. She can absolutely take care of herself though. Honestly just how much you should value the people you have, whether or not you even like them. She's wonderful and I'm lucky to have someone who cares so much about me, not a lot of people have that. Seeing how much she's valuing not being alone in a house all day is making me realize that I should hold her a little higher.

Under the circumstances you probably provide a sense of stability and emotional safety that she needs right now in these trying times. Just enjoy it since you guys seem to get along well enough. The strengthening of family relationships is important during times like this and odds are she probably knows this too.
As for a return to normalcy, as you said earlier you do have a life of your own, and I think that she may ether have one of her's too or can get one with a nudge in the right direction. I mean if she was socially isolated before all this went down then I understand your concern though. The best thing would be to talk to her about it. Maybe not directly but asking about plans and stuff for when the lock down ends could get her to open up to how she can meet her social needs when you are not there.
On a unrelated note, it is so nice to hear stories of siblings getting along well together. I didn't exactly get along with mine most of the time. We were all consistently assholes to each other, and now I am a thousand miles away and don't really talk to them anymore.
