I've realized that in fact there are people who struggle to communicate. Think in terms of the worst, least bearable thing you're forced to do in life. Imagine having someone force you to repeat that task.
I had a gf who was dyslexic and she read at about 1/20th the rate or slower than I do. Out of what I've typed so far she'd still be just nearing the end of the first sentence by the end of this post. Watching her read was nearly unbearable... you should have seen her make an attempt to follow something high-speed like kill la kill subtitles.
Realizing this combined with the fact the majority of citizens in the United States read at 5th grade level or lower (as an average 12 y/o or younger might) helped me to understand why people behave the way they do. In fact it is unbearably painful for them to engage in the ways I feel comfortable and at ease in doing.
Being somewhat of an outlier as well as fairly inconsiderate and unobservant of others led me to behave as if I was "average" for the majority of my life. I treated other people as I'd wish to be treated... but what I didn't realize was the steep slant of everything. If someone were to reply to my post with a post ten times the length of this one, I'd also find it aggravating and difficult to bear.

you know that kind of puts things in perspective, I think we always compare ourselves to the people within 1-2 standard deviations on the IQ scale, because that's where people end up hanging out. Normies have their sportsball, nerds have internet message boards, scientists have machine learning or what have you discords ect

I think we should be best served utilizing this one in our most ethically questionable cranial experimentation. Time machines do not exist. Time is the most valuable asset of all.
