A game called irl, the point is to eat healthy hit the gym and socialize with ppl daily

Spending an unhealthy amount of time doesnt cure depression. It just helps you forget about it temporarily.

That being said
Minecraft on small comfy survival servers. Like less than 10 regulars.

forza horizon 4-I like to customize my cars with anime girls.

islanders is nice as well.

Factorio seems good but I've never played it.

bad game booo

the game having sex with niggers and faggots

Nothing really helps with it, there are things that just make me unaware of reality, the thing surround me and such by absorbing me into the games world.
Last 3 vidya that did that for me was Underrail, Divinity: Original sin 2 and the STALKER Anomaly mod.

Thanks for your contribution everybody here really appreciates the good tips

Big one for me was dark souls. But like other guy said, it can take you out of reality. Need to keep balance between the body and the mind with whatever game or thing you do. But dark souls got me through some rough spots. Wish you the best

pokemon games in the ds era

The darkness 2 was a nice 5-6 hour distraction

Been playing that game for 29 years, Not only it's rigged but also doesn't work.

Sonic Adventure
That game is super comfy.
Also
The Witcher (first one)
Tales of Symphonia
Saturday Morning RPG
Dracula: Origin (and the other old Frogwares Sherlock Holmes)

Trails in the Sky
originally

Sonic Adventure is lovely :3 I couldn't get into the first two Witchers though :(

^^This so much. Can't believe I forgot to mention it.

go take an bath with an toaster LIFENOOB
jus stop being debressed LOL :DDDDD

I didn't really get into the second either.
I liked the first because it was slow paced with long open world sections with interesting NPC's and really pretty landscapes & music.

Best female character protects her bro from teh ghey.

considered buying that for a long time, maybe i should give it a shot after all

I bought Killer Instinct on Steam this morning to make me feel like I got a birthday present since no one even calls me. Too bad it was with my own money.
Been playing a lot of Rfactor 2 too, that kills time pretty fast. CSGO is also good since you get to talk to people.

happy birthday :D

that's a noice image boss, got anymore?

wasting 300 dollars on eu4 to relentlessly grind so i can get some "value" out of all my spent money when i could have been doing something more fun

But of course I do. The artists twitter handle is @KekaiKotaki

Like an another user said, vidya games are just a distraction. Same as people that drink it away, or those roasts on Twitter freaking out because they can't go to bars or whatever the fuck.
As for myself, I just finished Dead Space 1 and I'm playing World of Goo right now before I play the sequel.
Would recommend buying the lastest humble bundle too, it's a shit ton of good games for like $30

what game?

asking for a friend

Attached: 1480868860453.png (633x758, 31.82K)

the game is called "slime rancher"
you can find it on steam

osu, and call of duty modern warfare (2019 version)

space station 13 makes me very happy. I can RP as a character that's cool and not me and interact with people confidently. Before you ask, it's not some shitty second life thing, it's an actual game.

cheers boss much appreciated

Very based. Haven't played it for a year or so, has anything changed?

what game? looks cute

Depends on your codebase. I play fulpstation, so slightly altered /tg/ and a lot changed in a year. Complete med and chem overhaul, cooks get CQC in the kitchen to keep out shitters, and a bunch of small stuff.

Pic related made me feel unending joy for the entire week it took to complete it. Really cool story with cool world and nice comfy writing. Wish I could erase my memory and reexperience it for the first time again.

decent graphics on some levels, base gameplay is shit, fun features are expensive DLC, shit story, too much grinding, extra bullshit meta

Is this gane just a paper mario clone or is it its own thing

Suppose it's time to get back into it, not like I have anything to really do with my time.

Stardew valley and risk of rain 2. Also this new city builder called Endzone, it reminds me a lot of banished.

Oh yeah, stardew valley is 10/10. When I first played it, I got sucked into the game and that's literally all I did all day, aside from breaks to sleep or eat or whatever. It inspired me to grow a small garden that next spring, and I'd grow one again this year if I had a yard that is... Anyway, I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone that likes games with slower paces.

RoR2 though seems kinda meh to me though. I loved the original, but I'm not sure how well it translates to a 3d environment. Maybe once they add more stuff, but it's way to early for me to enjoy it in the current state. At least until they add sniper.

The only thing this games borrows from paper mario is the combat format (that is improved upon) and the paper aesthetic, but that's it really. The story is pretty good, and even if it starts pretty generic (collect 3 sacred item blabla), it gets a little more original and inspired with it's plot as it goes on, especially around the halfway mark.

FUCK I need to pick this game back up but I forgot the plot

doom eternal
made me feel happy for 20 hours
can't wait to try and beat it on ultra nightmare (first playthrough was on nightmare)

AND FOR ANYONE ELSE: GAME IS SLIME RANCHER :D

Also you all have great taste, Doom, Stardew Valley, Risk of Rain 2, Spacestation 13, Osu, Sonic, all very good choices

what's a comfy game we can all play together? i'm so fucking lonely lads

Space Station 13 can be comfy if someone knew how to set up a server/chose one that was mostly empty

P2W bullshit

Nothing really. I haven't even enjoyed a video game since I was a kid. I play them out of habit and boredom.

>SLIME RANCHER
this sounds like something I've played before

Minecraft anyone? Got a comfy serb to play with fellow robots 66.235.173.83:25565

i think most depressed people play stuff like stardew valley, animal crossing and such

for me it's anything i can sink hours into. minecraft, roguelikes (ex. tboi, ftl and such), puzzle games, longer stuff with plot

Classic vanilla server or modded?

League, also makes it worse.

Been on a viva pinata marathon for 6 hours personally.

The 360 game? My friend had it a long time ago and I always begged him to lend it to me and he never did. What a dickhead.

Yeah. Backwards compatibility with xbox one.
Got the rare replay pack for $10 used at gamestop.

Damn. It looked really fun back in the day and I've got an xbone. If I ever see it, I'll definitely pick it up.

Team Fortress 2 is good game

pure rng

The gym portion of the game is currently being patched due to a massive game breaking bug

Hope you find it, user. Many fun times.

IRL
>Below modern AAA graphics
>Overly grindy
>Cooperation with other players is crucial for survival
>No character creation
>Heavy grinding for shit character customization
>Base stats are almost all RNG, heavy grinding for any stat changes/skill gain
>Next to no loot in the world, need to grind by helping other players who are advanced in the game
>Next to no immediate reward for completing daily challenges like hitting the gym or eating healthy, instead the rewards come at a much later time so you essentially grind for nothing for the first couple thousand hours
>Not even any cheat codes or console commands

IRL is shit, I'll play some other game instead
