Race doesnt exist. You mistake distinction for phenotypical expressions based on ethnic human geography. Its meaningless on a social level. In terms of biology, it only affects bone structure and well as disease susceptibility. The human race is the only race that can be considered distinct.
IQ is irrelevant. The number associated with IQ only demonstrates a persons aptitude for completing an IQ test. What information are we supposed to gather about intelligence if we train an orangutan to complete an IQ test as quickly as possible? If a test can be gamed in such a way, then its useless, especially when environment and the testing parameters are based entirely on social considerations of intelligence.
