Ok. So last night i got really fucking drunk like blackout level drunk and this morning when i came upstairs my parents told me that I have 24 hours to leave the house or they will be calling the police. When I asked why, they said that they can not have my toxic world views in the house anymore.
Apparently, after throwing up on the carpet in the basement, I came upstairs and was yelling about blacks, jews and women and now my 3 year old nephew is yelling NIGGER at the top of his lungs now.
My real question is can they legally do this during a pandemic? We are under a stay at home order from the government. I told them if they do that i will take legal action against them.

There were times when I was immersed in pol shit, not so much anymore as I am vehemently apolitical for the most part and a bit more, open minded or empathetic. However, I take your point, it is pretty awful to deal with someone who constantly talks like this or sets a bad example for children. If they call the police, calm yourself down. When the police come, explain to them that your parents are lying to try to have you thrown out after coming out as gay to them. Have some tears in your eyes, don't sperg out, be polite with the cops. Tell them that you are comfortable to stay at home, but that you do have a friend you can go stay with if things heat up again. The cops will immediately take your side because they're all brainwashed and they'll probably tell your parents off for trying to throw you out during lockdown. After the police leave, tell your parents that they are going to shut the fuck up and learn to accept different views. It massively depends on where you live. In the city I used to live in mondays were like you say, lots of bars had really cheap specials on and free live music so they would be packed. But in the city I live in now mondays are actually just dead, nobody goes out and bars don't have music on. Lots of bars don't even open on mondays it seems. I hate this city.

Well i dont go to the bars really. I mostly just steal alcohol from my dads cabinet and then replace what i drink with water. It dilutes the alcohol but they dont really seem to notice. Ive done it for 5ish years now. Beer they dont care about. I buy some cheap 24 packs with money i get from mowing lawns or shoveling snow for people.
