When I talk to people of my generation, I feel like I have absolutely nothing in common with them. I have had this problem too, and you commonly see something very similar in people who had a childhood spent on the internet and then have trouble adapting their relationship dynamics to "real" ones.
One method to create new dynamics or adapt preexisting ones is to observe normal interactions or develop them through repetition.
Well that is conceptually, but you could you tell me how do are your interactions with people your age? and specify in your own terms what you mean by spilling your spaghetti, please.
