I think I forced myself to shed a tear watching clannad and angel beats.

God those were the worst forced melodrama shit ever

the first anime i ever watched and manga i ever read just after was Elfen Lied. Now it seems cringy, but my 15yo self literally cried.

I cry every almost time I watch an anime. If I don't cry, it was a bad anime.

>Eva
lol

No u

Origggginal boast

No but almost I'll admit, mostly those very good romance / rom com animes, it's a lot more than what I can say about anything in my life so they were pretty fucking good.

"the flower we saw that day" was completely heart wrenching

Yes a few anime are pretty sad. Not sure what it is but only anime makes me cry.

Could you name a few if you have the time

>the flower we saw that day
this shit got me TWICE i just can't stop the tears when I hear this song start to play youtube.com/watch?v=wE6jzP2FLIU&ab_channel=XxTheMadScientistxX

I can't really remember it's been a long time but just delve into the best romance animes and you'll find them, even if they're not that good most of the animes are enjoyable either way, especially if you're a lonely self insert like me, shigatsu wa kimi no uso is one that I could remember, look it up.

when the wizard king died in black clover
no one spoil beyond that plz

Chobits, .Hack//Sign, Fist of the North Star, Plastic Memories.
So that equals 4 anime that have had me cry.

I resonated hard with 5cm per second, felt like watching a retelling of my own life in some ways, so some of the scenes moved me pretty hard. The ending was pretty carthatic to me too, people seem to see it as a sad ending but given what the entire movie is about, it's a pretty positive message for people in a similar situation.

Episode 5 of the first season of Space Dandy, almost cried on episode 23 as well. There's something really sad about people who are really good match for each other being torn apart because of stuff happening.

Attached: Dandy.jpg (728x410, 110.65K)

still not sure why but i cried really hard on the last episode of little witch.

I cry watching a lot of things, I think I have hyperempathy or something. Maybe I just like crying.

I got around to watching Clannad last month, and while it wasn't the saddest thing I've ever watched, I did cry at two points.
I always cry watching the last bit of TTGL when everyone's forgotten about Simon for some reason.
I think I got teary eyed at the end of Cowboy Bebop and Inferno Cop.
Pretty sure I cried watching EoE for the first time.
I was very close to crying when I watched The Wind Rises with my sister, she cried.
I will almost certainly cry when Girls und Panzer ends.

I cry every time I watch this without fail, usually twice.

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien
Tokyo Godfathers

finally finished punpun this week after deliberating about it for years, numerous things in the last few chapters made me cry
>pic related

Steins Gate always gets me, I nearly cried for the entirety of episode 22

the last episode of Haibane Renmei

Attached: rekihaibanerenmei.jpg (1455x1455, 407.88K)

i remember in middle school i pretended to like angel beats because some fat-tittied girl in my class was super into it.

I cried like a little bitch at the end.

Erased got me twice. Especially during the breakfast scene.
Ever since I tried mescaline a few years ago it's like some sort of switch got turned on in my head, making it much easier for me to get emotionally affected by things like media. Anime and visual novels are pretty likely to make me need tissues at hand now. It's fucking weird to me because I used to be emotionless and I have no idea if it's normal or not to be like this now.

I cried in Jojo's part 4 near the end when Josuke thought okuyasu died

I cried tears of joy in kaiji when they beat the bog

i cried durning demon slayer as of recent

I think I shed a single tear somewhere in Trigun.

Sounds like a change for the good. I wish I could be moved by media again instead of being a jadded freak.

Have you read Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction? It's not quite as sad as Punpun but I like it a lot more.

I cried at Violet Evergarden just this week.

>Has an anime ever made you cry?
Unironically the end of the second season of SAO made me cry. It was the first anime I ever really watched and it just gave me feels.

only the irl ones

This scene really hit hard. Especially because so much of what Subaru says is very relatable to r9k.

Attached: nothingaboutmehaschanged.jpg (1024x571, 41.54K)

Only the ending of Death Parade.
That almost did it for me too. Why is SAO either garbage or great depending on the arc?

Violet Evershit ep 10 ending
what a cheap shot

I stopped watching then. The next season's weren't out and I've never picked it back up. And I figure that's for the best as I'd probably hate the new seasons.

Yeah, same.
Aincrad was nice
Fairy Dance was garbage
Phantom Bullet was boring
That 3 episode quest was unnecessary
Mother's Rosario was better than it had any right to be
That was all I watched.

made in abyss, Mitty; probably 'cause I lost my dog to cancer a few weeks before watching it.

not yet, a friend told me to read Bokurano next so I 've started it

Serial Experiment Lain.

Right at the end

I remember that Trigun and Angel Beats made me cry.

When Naruto come back to his village after defeating pain, and not a anime but manga when Shin gets his first promotion in Kingdom, got a bit sad in angel beats i don't watch much anime

Band of brothers

This, TTGL, Kobayashi ending from it being over, Your name because it reminded me of someone once dear to me.

Fug it, I'm a big baby, I cry to a lot of anime.

No. Imagine crying because of chink toons. Couldn't be me.

>Eva
Episode 26 got me really hard, especially the ending where shinji accepts himself for what he is, even if that is a flawed human being.
>K-On
That final scene where they peek into the music club to find out that they got enough new members and start running down the hallways, that shit surprisingly made me cry.
>Girls last tour
The ending in the submarine and the video reel really made me cry.
>5 centimeters per second
The scene where the rocket takes off and the ending made me shed some tears.
>Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
The scene on the hospital rooftop was just too much, especially once the snow starts to fall and Satie's Gymnopedie kicks in.

Attached: 1582477020011.jpg (230x230, 13.06K)

Haibane renmei.
It didn't try too hard to make you feel sad like anohana. It knows it themes and deals with them in a beautiful meaningful way. I highly recommend it.

Attached: 244499.jpg (2409x1756, 577.19K)

>nearly cried for the entirety of episode 22
Are you literally ME by any chance?

I think this and (spoiler) Ace's death were the only things that made me tear up in any anime

Attached: 382475623984756928374.jpg (1280x720, 82.11K)

I cried when Hachikuji vanished

This anime came pretty close. This scene.

SPOILER ALERT Castlevania

A lot of shows had me choked up a bit. The only anime that really made me cry hard was Your Name I think. No anime has ever made me cry like Steven Universe though

Not an anime but the end of Muv Luv Alternative and Umineko were both able to get me to tear up

I'm not a very emotional dude but for some reason during moments of greatness in My Hero, usually with All Might, I get really teary eyed. I don't know what it is, no other anime, shounen or not, has ever made me do that.

Honestly the only part in One Piece that made me cry was when they got rid of the Merry

fuck man how could I forget her funeral
I'm a monster

Koe no Katachi
When he was trying to save girl
entire movie was too relatable
