Left looks more attainable and like they have the kind of insecurity that makes them relatable, also they look younger and like they keep up with current trends, which might or might not be a cup of tea based on individual, also like they DONT take themselves too seriously, which is generally more likeable

On right, yes, he is attractive, but also, looks like muscle gain for looks rather than use, and as previously stated, must be very very into his fitness, which means there is a higher chance of cockiness, not self esteem because that alone is a plus, but actual cockiness and not the hot Han Solo kind. Also, if he has a strict regiment, it limits what we can and cannot go out and eat on date night, or if we even have frequent date nights, because his gym schedule and eating schedule might interfere. So yeah, he's hot, but, also based off appearance alone, less attainable because his physique might have also raised his standards.

Also, whereas Right might not have date night time, Left looks like the trendy knd that enjoys going to those gimmicky pop ups and events that just make for a fun time.

I have thought about this, and here is an explanation I came up with.
So, in the distant past, men like the guy on the right would dominate those who were less strong and rise to the top of the social hierarchy. Being at the top, they had an excess of women who wanted to be with them, so they naturally chose the prettiest(that is, the youngest looking ones).
Over time this led to the stronger men having prettier offspring and so strength and beauty became intermingled genetically.
So when women today look at your picture, they see the guy on the left being prettier and so they assume instinctively that he is higher in the social hierarchy than the guy on the left(who is not bad looking, mind you).

Honestly depends on the woman. Some like and some don't I found. I have had women melt over the physique (like said in front of their husbands, oh wow it looks like you've been working out, with that sly smile and everything), but I do think it wouldn't matter as long as you look like you're taking care of yourself. As you said, if you look healthy, that is universally a plus. Being strong and muscular does get you noticed though. Being physically imposing is pretty much hardwired into human psyche. That being said, women almost universally seem to abhor being "too big." Also being overly into yourself unless they are also narcissists. So some truth on both accounts. Obviously you can look strong and not be massive (curl Bros unfortunately seem to abuse the system lol).
