Hate speech is, after all, free speech, and that goes as much for actual communists trying to incite violence against the upper class as it goes for stormfags trying to incite violence against Jews; such people should be watched, and if they actually try to do the shit they talk about should be stopped, but saying something should not be punishable in a free society.
Antifa's flag itself was originally the flag of a militant German communist group in the 20s, being associated with it even a couple decades ago would have ruined you just as much as being associated with Fascism does today. The values of society change and evolve over time, and what is considered politically correct now will change in the future, as much as it has since the days of Jim Crow laws. Times change, morals change, society changes and that's good, as long as those changes do not impede on the freedom of the individual

I participate in a hobby (historical military reenactment and collecting) that has been more or less taken over by racists, facists, and other similar vermin. The old forums with hard rules against spreading revisionist propaganda are dead and all the discussion has moved onto social media sites where people do nothing other than circlejerk over their fantasies of the period and obsess over which chinese fakes are the best (ironic given how "globalist" is a slur to them).
I've largely pulled back from participating in the hobby so I don't get d0xed and destroy everything I've worked for in my "real" professional life.
