I think so. 24 pounds over 8 weeks would be an average of 3 pounds per week. Which is a little aggressive but not impossible unless your body doesn't want to let go of weight.

Too big first of all unless he's like one in like a million genetics you can't be that big natty. Second, 8 weeks is a pretty aggressive cut for 25 lbs and he seemed to lose no muscle mass and if anything gained muscle. No question roids.

to cut 24 pounds of fat in 8 weeks means being at a deficit of 1500 calories a day so i dont think he cut 24 pounds of fat
i know i can lose like 3 pounds from just sweating in 5k run during the summer so factor in some water cutting and if you cut sodium so you don't retain excess water towards the end of the 8 weeks and take a piss and shit and dont eat anything through out the day you can easily just get rid of 7~10 pounds on weigh in (or if he wants to really game the system do actual watercutting and lose 15~20 pounds but thats a bit too serious for what he's probably going for)
realistically he probably cut like 15 actual pounds in 8 weeks which is around a 940 calorie deficit which is still kinda insane for non-athletes but its more realistic than cutting 1500 calories a day if he really did cut that much weight in 8 weeks
