I thought the same, turns out that whey, rice, deenz, eggs and chicken breast does wonders on reaching that

lentils, chicken, and a scoop or two of whey should have you close

>Eating less than 200g proton a day
Absolutely NEVER going to make it

Literally just get protein one scoop a day makes it stupid easy, also a can of black beans a day is 44g of protein so i suggest you let that marinate

EAT UP BUD

don't buy this overpriced shit, myprotein same stats for half the price

Unless you're eating like 1000 cal a day it should be no problem

>weighing 250lbs

drink milk all the time. Easy calories and protons

1kg meat a day it's not that fucking difficult

4 scoops of whey alone is 100 g at only 440 calories

makes bulking easy, more room for carbs

But it makes my tummy wummy hurt!

The mountain men/fur trappers of the 1820's and 30's would eat TEN POUNDS of meat a day, barely cooked, just warmed up over a fire. They'd also eat raw liver whenever they had it.

Not waking up in the middle of the night to eat 8 egg whites. ngmi.

and my proteins are s o y free.

fpbp, as usual. seriously OP have you even tried eating before

36 hardboiled eggs

>rice
>proton
waht

whey is fucking expensive bro, especially in quarantine. My shit has to last a month, 30g a day for a 1kg tub.

1kg of Quark and 300g of chicken breast will bring you to 180g of proton

That’s because they hiked around in the fucking woods for months at a time. They didn’t have to worry about getting fat.

buy tuna cans then?
>110 calories for 26 grams

That’s easy af brah. Egg whites, chicken, lean turkey/beef are your friends

Hardest I ever had to do was 315g on 2200 calories lol that was miserable

idk lol i just get the grilled nuggets at cfa xD

>315g on 2200 calories
how?

Fuck you I got excited because you said half the price. I looked it up and it’s barely any cheaper.

25 eggs

>nuggets at cfa

Country Fried Assholes?

it's not the most protein dense but it goes well with basically anything, is easy to measure and allows you to fill up your carb macros easily

This, I eat for a whole day at about $2.50

I don't even eat carbs. I have enough protein and fat for all my macros.

>3 eggs- 24/25gs
>Half a litre of milk-16 g
>2 slices of ham- 5 g

Thats 45g of protein just on a basic as fuck breakfast.

>200g of chicken- 59/60 g
>1 bowl of lentils- 18 g

77/78g proteins on a basic meal as well, you're up to 122/123g of protein now.

>100g of Greek Yoghurt - 7g
>Half a litre of milk- 16g
>Peanut Butter Sandwich- 14/16g, depending on bread used

With a basic dinner, you're past the 160g mark. This is all made easier with Tuna cans between meals, or adding protein into your milk. This is all barely considering carb servings, too.

Isn't tuna between meals a bad idea on account of mercury? Deenz and mackerel would be better

My first meal would be some cream of rice with protein scoop, 3oz ham, and a low calorie protein bar

Then about an hour after I’d train (also took a shit load of caffeine) and do cardio.

Next meal 1oz almonds and a protein shake & raw veggies

Then I’d not eat for a long time and have 1.5 cup egg whites with 1 egg, an 8oz of 99% lean ground turkey, and either a cup of cottage cheese or cup of Greek yogurt

Then final meal usually 8-10oz(cooked) chicken and a small carb source like some pineapples or a baked potato(5oz or less) & veggies

Food wise it was miserable, towards the end I was dreading each meal but it was by far the BEST I ever looked, and actually felt extremely good all day long. Like super healthy tons of energy. Not even necessarily hungry, just never felt satiated.

Research has shown that it is FUCKING HORRIBLE to people under 20.

But that moderate amounts of tuna (1-2 a week) has no effects on adults, because their brains are already developed.
The mercury can't be good though. I think Salmon (which I hate) and mackerel would be better though. Less protein than Tuna though. They're considered fattier fishes.

you are fucking stupid high output backcountry work takes around 2.2 pounds of food for an average person, and seeing as a staple of mountain man diet was Pemmican (super dense nutrition), stop pulling shit out of your ass.

Do this every day and you'll be broke unless you are american

Makes me think how people from poor countries do it.

>1 litre of milk per day
lmao

I get around 180-200 daily, not using any shakes.

Tuna, chicken, atlantic cod, turkey as meats. Solmon and cattle beef if you have the cash. I go around 300-400 grams. Read the 100g caloric information and figure it out.

Then, rice, peanuts, oatmeals, peas, blackb eans, whole wheat pasta/bread, eggs, milk. And many more, those are the basics.
Extra virgin olive oil for fats too.

Don't forget to throw a nice salad with greens. Broccoli it's great and I use it daily, it lowers Estrogen and that what I'm looking for when I'm on a cycle.
Most important, DON'T FORGET to include psyllium husk and chia in your salad. It helps digestion. Otherwise, you will be shitting dicks. And it will hurt.

That would be it OP. Using what I wrote here, you got a 3 day menu.
Figure out the quantities for youself. Also, you can watch Evan Centopani's video's on youtube. He's a really cool and friendly guy.

You know, just make your country as great as America. Then you can easily afford everything.

t. lives to cook and clean

It used to be when they were breaking into the us market and had deals running all the time with shills on every board. Then they cut down marketing, started offering worse deals and reformulated to have less protein and more filler. It never had great stats, now there's no reason to buy myprotein.

Forgot to add. Cottage cheese and lentils.

Myprotein is s o y free? Where does it say so on their website? And your telling me gold standard has s o y?

t. DYEL

Thats honestly like 13oz of cooked chicken and 2 scoops of protein powder.

My protein waffles i just ate had 60.

It only seems a lot if you're eating a lot of garbage modern food/carbs. Eat an appropriate amount of meat for humans and it's a trivial target. I get over 200g a day from two meals and I don't really go out of my way to get protein, just from beef mince, fish and eggs mostly.

I don't eat a lot of meat though. I don't want to support the slaughtering of animals more than necessary.
Most of my protein comes from dairy

this
for the whole 'we're all gonna make it' shit in this board they really don't consider poor anons.
>peanut butter
>300g of chicken a day
>turkey, salmon, tuna
>greek yogurt
>1 liter of milk a day
>4 scoops of whey
not even counting carbs. That's over half my income.

pic related in previous post was s oy free, not my proteins (if that's a brand?). I did a pretty good search and the one in the previous post was highly recommended. It's almost decadent its so good, especially in milk.

The cheapest protein source is probably quark (if you live in Europe).
A 500g pack should cost less than €1 and contains over 50g of protein. And it's much cheaper than buying all the stuff you listed every day.
But: eating 2000g of quark (to get 200g of protein) will definitely make you puke.

5 eggs and one scoop of whey with whole milk on breakfast, 200 grams of chicken on lunch and 200 grams of ground beef on dinner.

It's likely an emulsifier but its there. I don't know in what quantities, though.

Attached: nowheyitcontainssoy.png (517x527, 380.97K)

That's three dozens of eggs, 1,5 kg of chicken and 1,5 kg of ground beef per week.

Wholegrain

EAT BIG
GET BIG

400g Ground Beef
400g Chicken Breasts
400g Beef Tenderloin

60g Popped Pork Rind

Thanks dude ill buy that brand, the brand is called levels in case anyone wants to look it up

1kg quark is a lot if you eat it ever day,
it swap the half against skyr desu, which tastes better and isnt very expensive with the right brand

T. Mexican. Natural Greek Yogurt is cheap, provided you can handle the sourness, chicken is cheap as shit, lentils are literally dirt cheap. Ham can be done without, its just to add a little bit extra protein and make the eggs less bland.
Milk is the most expensive item here on a per serving basis, that much I will agree on. Tuna and protein scoops are a luxury, for sure.

Natural Peanut Butter
$1.87 / 16 oz (Pint) Jar
Chicken $2-4 / pound (1.1 = 500 grams)
Turkey $7 / 500 grams
Salmon $3.50 frozen fillets for 453 grams
Tuna $1.20 a can
Greek Yogurt .50 cents a cup
1 liter of milk ( or 64 ounces of Almond Milk) $2.50
4 scopps of whey (Free, from Greek yogurt factories)

So you're telling me your income is $40 dollars?

Maybe try and improve your income flow or decrease your needless spending.

90g is enough, don't stress about it.

It's unironically easy as shit.
30g of whey
1,5L of milk
200g of chicken
500g cottage cheese

90g may be enough, but is it optimal? And are you making all those 90g high quality sources?

Do you live in America?
You realize your chicken is only so cheap because it is contaminated with fecal matter?

pcrm.org/news/news-releases/usda-refuses-protect-consumers-fecal-contamination-chicken-and-other-meat

Nice numbers... what is the vegetarian equivalent?

Keep in mind I don't like a lot of vegetables or onions protein.

Onions milk is better than almond milk if we're trying to hit protein macros, better off saving your money if almond is all you can get.

>what is the vegetarian equivalent?
yikes

I tend to get almond milk because my wife is lactose intolerant, and I skew Keto, to try to keep my sugar low. (Not strict keto)

>breakfast: 2 eggs (12g)
>lunch: 2 large chicken breasts, spinach, shake with 2 scoops of whey (100g)
>dinner: beef stir fry with 1/4 pound ground beef, shake with 2 scoops of either whey or casein afterwards (75g)
Shakes make it a lot easier, but even if you’re a lazy bastard and sometimes get a tummy ache from too much whey or too much food in general (like myself, pls no bully) you can do this
>breakfast: 4 eggs on toast (take 10 minutes and you’re probably in quarantine anyways) (24 g)
>lunch: chipotle burrito bowl with double chicken (50g)
>dinner: chick fil a spicy chicken sandwich and 8 nuggies (60g)
>dessert: shake with 2 scoops whey (50g)
That’s 185g of protein, even if you skip the shake it’s 135. Just think about what you’re eating and then add in some whey and you’re sailing down easy street

Nigga just eat 2 pounds of ground beef lmao

This is my go-to, well, actually the vanilla one is, tastes like a milkshake.

Vegetarian? No idea tbqh, I do carnivore. Only ever eat veggies when it's an social expectation out and about.

Can only imagine the constipation from digesting that much plant matter, alongside oxylates and all the other shit vegetarians get too much of.

Guess you could eat a lot of wild cought fish, and eggs, depending on how strict your diet is, and availability. Dried fish is very protein dense, but can be expensive.

But whatever you do, don't try and match my protein count using beans, lentils, pea protein and such. You'll have bad gas, really bad gas.
