You're hips don't actually look that wide compared to your shoulders. It won't be easy but if you lost like 30lbs of fat and put on 15lbs of muscle you'd look a lot better. That way your huge gut would be smaller and you're shoulders/arms would be bigger giving you more of a masculine looking frame.
