This, meat and eggs among other things are high in cholesterol which forms the backbone of testosterone (and other hormones). Just keep it reasonable and consume more unsaturated than saturated fats and you'll be golden.

Those test maxing steps you're taking will do you a lot of good but it wont turn you from incel to gigachad in just a month, real progress takes a long time user. Keep it up for a year and you'll see massive changes. But as soon as the gym is open again you should include heavy compounds as part of the exercise

You are much much better of taking obscene amounts of vitamin D, high intake of vitamin D is also completely safe if combined with an equal or higher amount of K2. D and K2 affect testosterone production much higher up in the hpg-axis, meaning it will take much longer before you notice any effects (think weeks for D and months for K2) but this also means that changes are semipermanent and it will not revert back to baseline.
